Subscriptions and refunds
Manage or cancel a parry Pro subscription in iOS Settings, under Apple ID, Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by parry. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring a Pro purchase
Reinstalled parry, or switched to a new phone? Your Pro subscription is tied to your Apple ID's purchase receipt, not an account, so there is nothing to sign back into. Open the upgrade screen in parry and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro status, your custom tones, and the day's usage count come right back.
Data deletion
You can delete your parry data from inside the app. There is no separate website step.
- Open parry and go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Tap the red Delete data link.
- Confirm when the app asks. parry confirms with you before anything is removed.
This permanently removes your custom tones and your usage history (the metadata we log for each suggestion, such as the tone and timestamp). It cannot be undone. One thing it does not reset: your daily usage count, which is kept as an anonymous tally so that limits can't be refreshed by deleting and reinstalling.
Deleting your data does not cancel a paid subscription, since Apple manages billing. Cancel that separately in iOS Settings, under Apple ID, Subscriptions.
